At Saint Mary’s Character Counts!

Linking closely to our mission statement each class has come up with their own ideas and values and turned these into classroom displays.

On a termly basis each class will also take on the persona of an inspirational figure and this will be their year group name for the term.

Movers and Shakers

As a school we have been thinking long and hard about what makes a ‘Saint Mary’s pupil’ and all the qualities that this embodies. Each week Mr Ackers and Mrs Rudd award two children a special certificate for being a ‘Mover and a Shaker’. They also receive a postcard at home to celebrate their good news. Here are the very first winners.
